#23 ControlTester update for ASP .Net 2.0 with Validators

Hi there,

I'm submitting this patch to ControlTester.cs that NUnitASP to work with the javascript generated by ASP .Net 2.0 when used with validators.

For completeness sake I assign the copyright to this patch to Brian Knowles and Jim Shore.

I apologise for not writing a test with this either as I'm only working on .Net 2.0 and was testing against a different website.
