[NUnitAsp-devl] Looking for author of File Upload patch [968125]

I'm looking for the author of the File Upload patch on SourceForge, 
tracker number 968125, uploaded 7 June 2004.  I would like to use your 
File Upload code in the next version of NUnitAsp but I need you to 
assign the copyright to me first.
