[NUnitAsp-devl] Volunteer needed: SGML parser bug

reports a bug with the SGML parser when using the "loose" DTD.  Could 
someone who understands the SGML parser better than me take a look at 
this?  Chris Lovett, Simon Jackson and Levi Khatskevitch--I think you 
implemented the SGML parser to start with.  Are you out there?
