I tried to put the kinds module at cvsroot/numpy/Extras/kinds. I didn't
succeed. We now have a cvsroot/numpy/kinds (and an Extras from which I have
already removed the contents of kinds after it got installed without the
'kinds' part.)
CVS just never has mapped to my brain. I don't get something about it. If
another developer knows how to fix this, great. Otherwise that is where it
is going to sit.
