[Numpy-discussion] STL wrapper for PyArrayObject

Where I work, our official pipe dreamer has decided to wrap a multiarray up 
as an STL container. This means we can write convenient high-level code in 
both C++ and Python, and use this wrapper in the bridge between them.

E-searches for a pre-existing cut of this yield negative.

Has anyone done this yet? Or am I (gulp) the first?
