[Numpy-discussion] Simple 3D drawing options?

I tried to get MayaVi and VTK working under Win32/MSVC.Net a while back
failed miserably.

Is there some simple, out-of-the-box, precompiled, no-brains-required
solution for creating 3D plots?  Preferably one that doesn't require
compiling anything.
