I'm good to go now. #81 is fixed with a hack, but it's the only way I
can see to do it (without a major restructuring of numpy.distutils).

Only showstopper I can see is probably #110, which seems to show we're
leaking memory in the ufunc machinery (haven't looked into it, though).
