Seem's as this project isn't dead I thought I would go and sort out the
ebuild's for the most recent version (I had to stop back when GNOME-2.16 was
abt to come out).

It seems some of the source at the download page (
http://numexp.sourceforge.net/downs.html) are missing
Libnxplot & xhtml-mathml-dtd are no longer reverenced with the provided
url's
