#542 Keep empty cells while loading

While loading files, NumeRe will remove empty cells in between and at the beginning of each row, which might result in misaligned cells. Find a possibility to keep them.

Analysis:

There are two representations of the function replaceTabSign(), which have to be adapted to keep column information, if no additional whitespace is available.

Implementation:
