#538 Remove unecessary files

Many files are relics from the Chameleon project and are not necessary for NumeRe anymore. Remove those files.

Analysis:

Search all (propably) unnecessary files, check their usage and remove them, if possible. We do not want to maintain old code, which has nothing to do with NumeRe's functionalities.

Implementation:

  • Implementation: Many files were removed according the hint in the analysis.

Due to successful compilation and the fact that major code change weren't necessary, this change was implemented successfully.
