Update the samples and use cases, which are used to illustrate the functionalities. Update also the tip-of-the-day data base.

Update the examples found at "numere-source\installbase\scripts\examples" and add new ones. Update the tip-of-the-day database found at "numere-language\en-GB\docs\hints.ndb" and "numere-language\de-DE\docs\hints.ndb".
