The file browser currently doesn't support drag-drop operations. This is also connected with https://sourceforge.net/p/numere/tickets/122/. Add this feature.

Analysis:
The file drag'n'drop can be implemented similar to the text drag'n'drop of the symbols browser.

Implementation:
The functionality was implemented as proposed by the analysis. Implementation test were passed successfully.

Documentation:
Not needed. Self-describing feature.

Tests:
A minor issue was resolved. No further deviations detected. Functionality implemented successfully.
