The Number reader classes provide an implementation for generating the english language word representation of numbers from 0-10E63.

The number reader program is a simple java program used to translate numbers to words in english.

The objective of this project is to create a simple and small api to allow users to translate numbers to words in every possible language using the same api whilst allowing the api to integrate seamlessly with any application which uses it.
