I don't think there is one.  I guess it's in maintenance mode - we add
new features and fix bugs but I have no grand plans.  Anyone else have
a vision for where it should go?

Agreed.  A blog is also good if there's a lot of news coming out.

OK, good plan.  How should we do the homepage?  I'm not feeling
especially inspired to build a new HTML layout at the moment.  Should
I install a wiki tool?  A blog tool?  Some other kind of tool?  Anyone
want to volunteer to get this going?

Agreed.  There are also a couple of features documented in the
sourceforge tracker.
