English languahe pack removed from the main pack and released as separate one in appropriate section,
The main pack has got the version number 0.5.1

Ukrainian language pack released today, thanks to committer who've sent it to me. I will find his name and publish it later.
Also, English locale was removed from the main package and moved to num2str-lang section

The Oracle PL/SQL version of Num2str number-to-language_representation utility was released some time ago, but this news is just submitted
Num2str is doing like this:
num2str(12345) = 'twelve thousand three hundred fourty five'
in many languages. Current release includes Russian (ru_RU) and English (en_GB, en_US)
