Data 1.38 Released

Major changes since last release (1.37);
- Several modifications to sprites
- Dozens of changes to skill descs and names
- Dozens of changes to item descs
- Several changes to msgstringtable
- Background images completely revised,
I strongly reccomend you use 1024*768 resolution to see the new background best.
