#9 Write Programmer's/User's Guide

It would be great if the javadoc API were all you need
to setup and use this application, but that is just not
the case. In the not-too-distant future, I will create
a User's Guide and Programmer's Guide to show how to
effectively setup/use the site, and extend it's
functionality to fit your Enterprise Application
Integratin (EAI) situation, respectively.
