#20 "Are you sure?" screen for deletes

Ask the user if they're sure they want to perform a
given action. For example, if a user is about to
delete a page with several columns on it, ask them if
they are sure they want to proceed. This might stave
off alot of hostile emails about users accidentally
deleting their configured pages.
