#16 Mail Module

Who was it that said that an application is not truly
Enterprise level until it can read email? This Module
will interface with the Password Module's API to gather
credentials for checking POP3 and IMAP mail. There are
so many webmail programs out there that are GPL'd, I'll
probably just mutate one to fit my purposes. Ideally,
this would consolidate multiple mail accounts into a
single listing.
