NullableTypes v1.3.1 beta released

NullableTypes for .NET are a very reliable and efficient version of built-in value-types that can be Null.

The version 1.3.1 beta has just been released.

Thanks to Damien Guard for his huge contribution to NullableTypes!

Important notes:
1) NullableTypes 1.3.1 break backward compatibility to ver 1.0 and 1.2 (for an important bug fix)
2) NullableTypes from ver. 1.3.1 don't support .NET Framework 1.0 to allow better security improvements
