NullableTypes v1.3.0 beta released

NullableTypes for .NET are a very reliable and efficient version of built-in value-types that can be Null.

The version 1.3.0 beta has just been released to improve security, to add a new NullableType and to fix broken tests.
It include binary, samples, help and source code.
