NullableTypes v1.1.0 beta released

NullableTypes for .NET are a very reliable and efficient version of
built-in value-types that can be Null.

The version 1.1.0 beta has just been released with new features but
no bux fix (no bugs reported 'til now) to find out bugs and expose
implementation defects.
It include binary, samples, help and source code.
