NullableTypes enter Beta phase

NullableTypes for .NET are a very reliable and efficient version of built-in value-types that accept Null values.

The version 0.9 (beta) has been just released.
It is features complete and has been released for public review to gather comments and to discover bugs. It include binary, tests, samples, help and source code.
