The Scraper Client subproject

I'm writing this article to not always renew our Help Wanted message.
We urgently need Visual C++ coders. There is a known issue about the Bit Torrent Module not working on firewalled servers. On those servers, Bit Torrent scrape is not allowed. Even if we managed to do not let the Module stop with an error, Bit Torrents' sources are not reported at all.

The only way to fix it is to allow webmasters use a "scraper client" at home. This application will simply query the trackers in order to obtain sources data (seeds & leechers), then these informations will be returned to PHP Nuke server.
