An updated version of the nukesim-classes project has just been released, featuring an easy-to-use launcher for the four main utility programs: JRelKin, Det, Plot, and Spanc. The source code and API documentation are included with the installers, which come in Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X and Windows flavors.
