#1 Won't install in Windows 7 Pro

A problem with install on Windows 7 Pro, and one complaint.

COMPLAINT: Nothing warned me that installation would include the huge Microsoft .net 4 package, which my platform apparently did not have. I thought this was a lightweight little app, but seems not. The homepage on SourceForge should mention this prerequisite.

PROBLEM: Installation failed. Here is the error log:
