Sometimes, when I run the NucNet, I get the Error as
ERROR: Zero pivot encountered in ../../vendor/wnmatrix/0.19/src/WnMatrix.c on line 3037
And the calculation stop in the wrong time.
What does this error mean?
Thank you.

Thanks for your post. This error means a diagonal element in the matrix the network code is solving has become zero. Usually this is due to a reaction rate misbehaving during the calculation. If you want to attach your network and zone xml files and instructions for running your calculation to a response, I can take a look at what exactly is happening. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can email them to me privately at mbradle at clemson dot edu. Best wishes.

Dear professor,
I would like to attach my files, but it's not succeed, maybe because of the large my_net.xml file. So I send it to you by email.
Thank you very much.

We've discussed this issue off line, and it appears to be a compilation issue on the OP's computer. For this reason, I'm considering this issue closed. However, interested readers may wish to know that I will soon blog about an Amazon Machine Image I have created that will allow a user to compile NucNet Tools on a machine with all libraries already in place. Best wishes to all.
