#5 Generic blog import class

It would be nice to have a definition of an XML blog
import format and to have a PHP class available to
import such files.

The XML format should incorporate both items and
comments, and should also give a mapping from the old
item id (e.g. blogger post id) to the nucleus item id.
This mapping could then be used by e.g. the CAIF class
to import comments afterwards, or in redirection scripts

I've added the architecture as I'ld like it as an attachment

As for my previous comment ("Increased priority, this should
be in v2.0"). Having it in the initial v2.0 release is not
really necessary, since the import tools are available as a
separate download
