#103 Subscribtion list in plugin overview

(i'm not completely sure of the validity of this bug)

When you upload a new version of a plugin, which
subscribes to more events then the previous version,
you have to click the 'update subscription
list'-button. but before you have done this, the new
events already seem to appear in the list in the
overview, which makes users (including me) think that
nucleus has already refreshed the subscription list. I
think nucleus uses the getEventList() to show the list
in the plugin-overview instead of querying this from
the database

    Fix is now in CVS: Nucleus now asks the user to use the
    'update subscription list'-button when a plugin's
    subscriptions have changed
