1.13 was a big release. Nubot has gone from a static command set to being extendable in any language via modules. Also aliasing was introduced to make calling those modules as easy as !newcommand

1.09 has been released with non-blocking sockets and a out-going traffic queue.

First release on sourceforge today. Version 1.07 available for download with documentation included.
