#1 Display runes as letters and vice versa

I have two gimmicky suggestions for nu5:
There should be an option to display runes (e.g. on
signs) as latin characters, for people who don't want
to memorize the runic alphabet.
There should also be an option to display Latin
characters (e.g. in conversations) as runes, for people
who love the runic alphabet so much that they want to
see it everywhere.
