#4 Customizable/Loadable Default Settings

Rather than being hardcoded into the VNT helper class, default settings should be in a publicly configurable file (most likely within the plugins folder).

Running the plugin without an open image should allow the user to alter the defaults (and possibly reset the default settings to hardcoded defaults?).

At any time when editing an image's settings, the user will be able to load up settings from the default file or save/load an alternate configuration. The user can save/load these configurations anywhere.
