[ nTPV ] Silly question... How to start ntpv

Hi guys. a very silly question:

I have installed ntpv succesfully, but when I try to launch the
application using the command line (#ntpv) it gives me the following error:

"cannot conect to Xserver".

I Know I might be opend using a command or from an launcher in the the
programs list in KDE, but I cannot find it.

I'd appreciate any help you could give me to solve this problem.
