[ nTPV ] howto re-configure interface to use english

Hi there

I'm evaluating ntpv for a potential customer and would appreciate some 
pointers on how to configure ntpv for english. I've run both the LiveCD 
and successfully installed on Ubuntu Linux 5.04, but cannot make an 
informed decision unless I'm able to use the product in English. Is an 
english based LiveCD available? - this would be ideal to send to my 
potential client.
