#17 Transperantly Proxy Outbound Connection

I would like to be able to transparently proxy all outbound connections via the HTTP proxy. Some simple rules for exclusion/inclusions would be awesome. I use a program called Proxifier under Windows that does just that. I have not been able to find a similar replacement under Linux.

I use my laptop at work and home as well. At work I am behind a proxy, at home I am not. I would like a single place to store my proxy information and a single switch to flip whether I should use a proxy or not.
