Importing a Course

1. Login the NTER System. Note you have to have privileges to be able to import a course.

2. Navigate to "All Courses" and identify a category reference or place you would like course to   

3. On the right hand side of the screen a green + button that says Add New Item. Select "Add New  Item."
    a. A drop-down menu will appear.

3. Select Learning Module SCORM/AICC. This has a yellow icon and is about mid-way down the page.

4. A new page will appear requesting course information.
    a. Scroll down to the Import SCORM/AICC Package section. 
    b. Select your zip file to upload using the Choose File button. 
    c. Click Import in the bottom right corner. 
        -The upload process may take a few minutes because the files can be quite large.
5. Review course to make sure all contents appear correctly.
6. Turn course "online."

Exporting a Course

1. Identify the course from the "All Courses" listing on the NTER LMS.

2. Select the Name of course you wish to export.

3. After selecting the course, the course tabs should appear.

4. Click the tab “Create Export File.”

5. In the bottom right corner click “Create Export File”
    a. This process may take a few minutes, as the courses are quite large in size.
    b. Note this process creates a large zip file.
  1. After the export file has been created:
    a. Select it from the checkbox list.
    b. In the drop down box choose “Download.”
    c. Click the “Execute” button.
    d. Select "Save File" and store the file on your computer in the appropriate file.
