#5 Improvements to NTER Wiki Functionality

Bryan reports a number of instructors are interested in using the wiki, but is lacks a few must-haves--
Few additional functionality components suggested

•How to add pages must be more obvious
•Tracking who created which page
•Tracking edits

Notes on wikis:
Main page of wiki should be set up by the instructor.
Allow course members to edit page and wiki tracks creation, and contributor or course member name should be logged
