The source code for NTER is stored at the Google Code Repository and can be accessed here: https://code.google.com/p/nter/ The NTER Community (NTER Com) decided to maintain two separate sites for the NTER system, one for source code dedicated to programmers, and one here on Sourceforge dedicated to the following NTER groups: 1. Instructional course authors who create the online classes running on NTER. 2. Students who take courses on the NTER system and need help using its features. 3. IT people who have to install and maintain the NTER system for their institutions.
