NtD libraries 0.2.2 released

ntd libraries are a collection of industrial related libraries for speeding up the development of automation applications.

The ntd-isp program is now able to read data from the target. For the LPC protocol, where the first 64 bytes are remapped in ISP mode, a workaround is transparently used.

The man page for ntd-isp has been added and it is now installed by default.

BOC and EOC (begin/end of control) can be customized in NtdDevice. This can improve the readability of human dumps when the default chars (<>) are expected.

Compatibility has been improved: debian 5 and gmime 2.6 support. Some bugs have been fixed.
