#3 class drops off calendar prior to start time

The class scheduled for today here at our library has already dropped off the calendar prior to start time. I thought this problem had been resolved some time ago. We (SCR) need the class to remain on the calendar up until start time (at least), just in case someone checks the calendar for time, location, etc.
