#1 Confirmation/Email messaging

We are having some trouble today with the email messaging options. When we tried to send out a message as a class reminder for the upcoming Beyond an Apple a Day class in SCR recipients did not receive the message. According to a secondary test the email was sent verification showing "success" but no message was received. Test recipient spam filters were checked. No message being blocked. Can you help us?
