NSV Lib, please use svn or wait.

The current ALPHA release of the NSV Lib is unstable ,and contains serious errors. These have been fixed in the Subversion(SVN) release, but that one still contains incomplete functions. I'm working on finishing the core functions on the lib, and release it, before I go on to adding stream functions.
