there is an error on installation of NST 2.13.0 at some hardware like an Lenovo t510 if VT-d is enabled at Bios:
DMAR: Request device fault addr fffff000
DMAR: Present bit in context entry is clear
Here the bug report on Bugzilla:
NST need a kernel update to min. kernel-188.8.131.52-61.fc13
First disable VT-d in BIOS. Perform an NST hard disk install. Reboot and at a command prompt do a 'yum update'. NST is currently supported to kernel version: 184.108.40.206-63.fc13.i686 or 220.127.116.11-63.fc13.x86_64. One can also update using the NST WUI.
Finally, Shutdown and re-enable the VT-d option in the BIOS and startup again. Hopefully this sequence will work. Let us know…
yes, i can confirm that 18.104.22.168-63.fc13.x86_64 works on my t510.
Glad that this issue has a work around…
I think it's time for a new spin…
