I had snort/mysql/BASE all working just fine and without issues until a reboot and now when going to the BASE webpage direct I get this error (in httpd ssl_error_log logfile):
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in /usr/share/php/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 383
If I try to use BASE from the NST page I get an additional 4 php errors:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_encode() in /usr/share/nstwui/php/system/session-ajax.php on line 344,
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_encode() in /usr/share/nstwui/php/networking/interface-json.php on line 218
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_encode() in /usr/share/nstwui/php/system/session-ajax.php on line 344
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_encode() in /usr/share/nstwui/php/networking/interface-json.php on line 218
I'm no programmer and don't know PHP at all, I imagine some file is corrupt or something disappeared...can anyone help?

Nevermind, appears a boot time script I placed caused an unintended consequence.
