I'd like to be able to access BASE through a browser over the network.  I know generally this is easy as adding Base to the default sites in Apache but I haven't been able to figure it out in 2.15.  Is there any documentation for getting this setup?

The NST WUI provides access to BASE. First you need to setup a Snort instance using the WUI. Once this is done access to all security incidence produced by Snort will be available to you via BASE.

I guess I should have been more specific.  I'd to access BASE not from the local machine, but another machine on the network.

    NST probe: 192.168.5.23
On probe macke sure you have run the 'nstpasswd' command. This will enable ssh and http access.

    Client machine: 192.168.5.101

NST WUI access from client machine: https://192.168.5.23
    - Then go to the Snort page: Security => Intrusion Detection => Snort IDS
