Hello!
I first would like to thank you for the excellent piece of software you provided!
However there's one thing that I miss in your software and that is the possibility to exclude subdirs from the directory comparison. For example: When I want to generate a patch from C:/build/1.0 to C:/build/1.1 I don't want C:/build/1.0/example and its contents to be compared.
I hope this can be implemented and thank you in advance!
