#1 file rename case treated as delete/add

if a file in the target is renamed to change case (from This.txt to this.txt) nsispatchgen treats it as the old one getting deleted and hte new one getting created.

should probably add another mode which just does a rename on the file instead of having to include the file again in the patch.
