#58 Fixes to allow building Contrib/ on debian (minus Makefiles)

Many of the DLLs in Plugins/ don't build under the
debian MinGW32 cross compiler. This is mainly due to
minor issues with including files using MixedCase
instead of lower case. A patch for these issues is
attached.
