This patch changes the DACL on the Examples directory giving FILE_ADD_FILE access to Everyone (S-1-1-0). This only works correctly in folders like %ProgramFiles% where CREATOR_OWNER is given full access to the new file.
This has now been sitestepped somewhat by allowing MakeNsisW to query the user for a new location if makensis cannot create the output file.
