#110 New Galician translation available

Ramon Flores has kindly translated NSIS into Galician.

Attached is a zip-file with the Galician translation for NSIS. The file contains the Galician.nsh and Galician.nlf in three different encodings. It works fine here with Windows CP-1252 encoding.
Could you please include in the next NSIS release? Thanks in advance.
